Jim was absolutely amazing through the entire experience. We were not present during the majority of this purchase. Jim went out of his way to get us the old inspections reports, set up appointments for new inspections and get us those reports. We closed online and everything went very smoothly. The most amazing part, is that after closing Jim still was doing things for us. He arranged for cleaning , landscaping, painting, remodeling and even meet with these contractors to make sure we got the quotes and that the job was completed.
