We were very specific on what physical configuration we wanted in our new home. We had our previous home scheduled for closing and we were ready to buy. We drove to Tucson fully expecting to secure a home and had the opportunity to view a number of homes with Jim, Dorothy and Lauren. All 3 knew Saddlebrooke well and their experience was evident. We settled on a property that was ready to hit the market and jumped. Jim was our contact and he performed admirably, keeping us informed all the way through closing. He negotiated the price on the home, a furniture package and some ancillary things. He even found an empty garage bay to keep our extra car parked while transitioning.
