We bought and sold our homes with the Kate Group. Words cannot express how happy we were with our decision to use them as our agents. Selling brought about a lot of emotions. They were so kind and gave us amazing advice and let us list when the time was right for us. When our kids were sad about selling, they brought over books for them about moving to ease their minds. Every step of the way was explained clearly. We knew when inspections were coming, when to have paperwork ready and what the timeline looked like before it was happening. When there were bumps in the road, they knew how to fix things quickly. If I had to do it again, there is no one else I would buy and sell a home with. The Kate Group is absolutely amazing.

Recently bought my first home with these lovely ladies! What they say it true, two Kate’s are totally better than one! Between the spur of the moment/night and weekend home showings and just the overall great communication. If one wasn’t available the other was. I worked with Kate Fisher before so I got to see her customer service from that side. That’s what made me think of her when I decided to explore selling my home and buying a new one.
