We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Thao Nguyen!!! Thao helped us buy our current home in Frederick, MD and sell our house in Rockville, MD this summer with ease, and she was doing an outstanding job. She covered from-A-to-Z services, both in selling and buying our houses. Thao walked us through every step of the negotiations for our new place, even suggesting that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us. It was an unconventional approach but it worked and we thank Thao for that every day! We have several friends looking for homes and thinking about selling, and we always recommend Thao to them! She is honest and hands-on (she even helped painted the front hall for us to get the house ready for closing!), and she really helped to take the pressure off of us. As a bonus, Thao offered us free moving service when we move in to our new house (did I mention she also has her own moving truck?!) To help selling our house in Rockville quicker, Thao spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes her team sells, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. She made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other realtors don't (but should), like getting the house renovated by her construction crew at a super affordable price, providing a pro-staging service, having professional photographs taken (3D included), and using a wide range of marketing tools (local, online, and social media, etc.) to promote the sales. We were very impressed when we saw our listing. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition.
