It was a pleasure working with Terry Winkle. He always made time for us during the sale process. He explained everything so that there were no surprises throughout the sale from beginning to closing. He and his team were helpful in sending all the documents and info that applied to our sale and closing. Nothing was left out. We would recommend Terry to any and every person seeking to sell their home
Terry kept me well informed throughout the whole selling process which I appreciated.
Wow! Made buying a house such a breeze! I was new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. Terry and Bonnie were professional and personal! They never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way!
Our experience with Terry and the sale of the house was great. Terry is very knowledgeable, not only about selling houses, but also about many details that are not often encountered. He has many contacts and is able to advise on various aspects of the sale. We especially appreciated his quick response to questions and his great customer service. He also went out of the way to do more than one might expect.
Terry is fantastic to work with! He is knowledgeable on the current market trends and helped us to price our house appropriately and in alignment with our goals. He and his team were super responsive and supportive throughout the entire process. They made it as stress free as possible! Would highly recommend and will definitely work with Terry in the future!
Terry is personable and professional. He is experienced and knows the market. If we had questions, he immediately responded. We have worked with him more than once and only hope that we can find a new realtor we like & trust as much in our new state. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a stellar real estate agent!
Having been referred to Terry and the team by a good friend of ours in the business we had high expectations. The Twin Falls 208 team did not disappoint. They were knowledgeable, very friendly and patient with us as we chose our next home. Communication was never lacking, but never overbearing either. We will recommend them and use them again in the future for sure.
Was very pleased with my association with Terry Winkle and his staff. Did a great job and glad we chose him as our realtor. He came highly recommended from my daughter and a good friend whom he had sold their houses previously.
Terry is an honest agent who understands housing and property and what to look for and what to avoid. We have worked with before and he is simply amazing.
Our agent Bonnie Lutz was amazing. She worked so hard to make sure we were taken care of throughout the entire process. We we’re well informed and always updated with how things were going. She made sure that everything was done and took care of a couple of issues that sprung up during the sale. I would highly recommend her to anyone asking their home in the Twin Falls area.
Terry is absolutely the best! He is always on top of things and keeps you informed throughout the process.
Terry was absolutely amazing during the whole process. I was helping my mom list and sell her house from out of state and he was very knowledgeable about what needed to happen to get the process started until I could get into town to help her get her organized for pictures and listing. He also helped do some of the leg work needed before I could get there as well as helping sort things out with the county. His whole team were great communicators and answered all of my questions. The listing went great and we were able to get under contract and close very quickly. I would highly recommend working with Terry to anyone looking for a great, friendly, knowledgeable real estate agent.
