Terry was absolutely incredible. Terry helped my wife and I with our first home purchase. We were impressed with all that Terry knew regarding homes. We thought a real estate agent just knows the housing market but Terry knew about construction, modern home trends, terminology, etc. Terry was a great communicator. He touched based regularly just to check in and he was always on too of things. We had a little bit of a rough time with lending as our lender kept taking days to get back to us and our lending team messed up with a few things. Terry was on top of things, he was always checking in with the lender for updates and to give the lender a push to hurry up.Something my wife and I were super grateful for was how low pressure he was. Our first meeting he even bought up the option of us not buying a home now and just renting instead. I kind of expected a used car salesman but this was the opposite. Terry can read a room which eased a lot of our nerves. We couldn't reccomend Terry more. He communicated great, made himself available, didn't push pressure on us, and was a great listener. Just a super competent dude.

Terry was incredibly easy to work with. He took the time to walk us through the whole home buying experience before we wven starting looking at houses. He was always happy to answer our questions and was even willing to step in and provide input on good pricing and locations. He made this stressful new step in our lives easy and breezy. We couldn't have asked for a better agent!
