What stood out most with Terry during the purchase of our home was his excellent communtation and market knowledge. We had to find a house to offer on quickly, and he was so incredibly helpful that it reduced the overall fear and stress of moving too fast. I would recommend using Terry for any type of real estate transaction, he is very good at what he does!
He was amazing to work with—always communicative, knowledgeable, professional, and a great negotiator. He was extremely patient with our sale process and continued to support the sale of the home in every way. I couldn’t have asked for better!

Terry responded quickly to texts and calls when working on the sale of my property. He is knowledgeable of the real estate market in the Magic Valley, and he has a good network of people to call on if property maintenance issues arise. I would highly recommend Terry if you are buying or selling a property.
I have used Terry as my agent in both buying and selling of houses. He is an excellent real estate agent. He listens to your needs, is knowledgeable about both the market place and the processes required in selling/buying real estate. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience having Terry by my side all the way through.
He is responsive, makes himself available and goes the extra mile. We had an unusual situation where things kept popping up and he didn’t blink an eye. He worked quickly and put in the extra mile for our family. He stayed available after the purchase as well for follow up and additional information. He’s willing to go above and beyond.
Always available for our concerns. Knowledgeable on the current market. And a pleasure to work with.
Terry provided us weekly updates and was very responsive if I had any questions. It was a pleasure working with him.
