Terry knows her stuff

We are first-time buyers, and Terry was incredibly helpful through all parts of our home buying process: She kept tabs on the latest listings and shared the ones she thought we'd be interested in, she came with us to many open houses to teach us on what to look out for and what to ask, and she coached us on how to make a competitive offer when we were finally ready to pull the trigger. She continued to help us through the offer negotiations and navigating a Multiple Offer Counter from the sellers. After entering escrow, she laid out all of the steps we needed to take and any other information we should be on top of. When things didn't go smoothly while we were indecisive on a lender, she was still professional and accommodating. When there were hiccups on the lender's end for job verification, she helped keep us (somewhat) calm as we tried to clear up the details for all the relevant parties. Even with the disclosures, inspections, and follow-up negotiations, she was practically doing multiple jobs in one, keeping an eye out for anything we needed to go over and making sure we knew the value of the fixes. She successfully negotiated our compensation credits from the sellers for issues uncovered during the inspections.
