I really don't know how to emphasize how great the selling experience was. I had worked with Terry to purchase a home ~10 years ago and knew I'd want her help in selling. She made the process more painless than it really ever deserved to be and was incredibly flexible with some logistical challenges. I appreciate her candor and expertise in navigating the inevitable weird situations that pop up during real estate transactions. Nothing is worse than wondering if you can trust your agent and at no point did I feel like I could not rely on Terry for quality unbiased info. I used a different agent to buy a home out of area and constantly wished Terry was available - oh well. She helped navigate a challenging insurance issue the condo complex had and ultimately ended up getting probably $10-15K over what I thought it would go for. Not only did she help during the sale, but also went to bat for me when there was an issue with escrow. She's tenacious and knowledgeable and just an all-around genuine asset that you probably want in your corner.
