This is my third home sold in the Coachella Valley with Terry Limburg in the past 3 1/2 years. Terry — professional, courteous, and thorough in her work, consistently kept me informed on the latest. Continued results — the reason why I look to Terry and will continue to do so with my current and future homes.

Terry is an amazing agent! She knows her facts, goes above and beyond throughout the entire process, and is just the sweetest person. She makes the moving process as pleasant as it can be. I give her the highest praise because you can tell she loves her job and loves helping her clients, and she is exceptional at it!

Terry Limburg is a remarkable agent. She is very knowledgeable about the market, great at communicating and making sure we (as the buyers) understand all of the paperwork that goes into purchasing a home, and makes the process as easy as possible. She goes above and beyond, and you can tell that she really wants the best for her clients. Terry is very professional, yet personable, and we loved having her as our agent!

I really don't know how to emphasize how great the selling experience was. I had worked with Terry to purchase a home ~10 years ago and knew I'd want her help in selling. She made the process more painless than it really ever deserved to be and was incredibly flexible with some logistical challenges. I appreciate her candor and expertise in navigating the inevitable weird situations that pop up during real estate transactions. Nothing is worse than wondering if you can trust your agent and at no point did I feel like I could not rely on Terry for quality unbiased info. I used a different agent to buy a home out of area and constantly wished Terry was available - oh well. She helped navigate a challenging insurance issue the condo complex had and ultimately ended up getting probably $10-15K over what I thought it would go for. Not only did she help during the sale, but also went to bat for me when there was an issue with escrow. She's tenacious and knowledgeable and just an all-around genuine asset that you probably want in your corner.

Terry was very thoughtful about me. She allowed me to feel comfortable as a buyer and seek out what I wanted. She allowed me to take my time, but she also offered suggestions. I would recommend her as an agent. Thank you, Terry!

Terry was our agent 13 years ago when we bought this house. She helped us find the perfect home for us and we would still be there if it wasn’t for a move out of state. When it came time to sell Terry was the perfect choice again. She went above and beyond for us. Buying or selling, she’s the one you want!
