We are first-time buyers, and Terry was incredibly helpful through all parts of our home buying process: She kept tabs on the latest listings and shared the ones she thought we'd be interested in, she came with us to many open houses to teach us on what to look out for and what to ask, and she coached us on how to make a competitive offer when we were finally ready to pull the trigger. She continued to help us through the offer negotiations and navigating a Multiple Offer Counter from the sellers. After entering escrow, she laid out all of the steps we needed to take and any other information we should be on top of. When things didn't go smoothly while we were indecisive on a lender, she was still professional and accommodating. When there were hiccups on the lender's end for job verification, she helped keep us (somewhat) calm as we tried to clear up the details for all the relevant parties. Even with the disclosures, inspections, and follow-up negotiations, she was practically doing multiple jobs in one, keeping an eye out for anything we needed to go over and making sure we knew the value of the fixes. She successfully negotiated our compensation credits from the sellers for issues uncovered during the inspections. And after we finally closed and got the keys, she has continued to be a helpful resource for us as we now learn what it actually means to own a house. Thanks, Terry!

I really don't know how to emphasize how great the selling experience was. I had worked with Terry to purchase a home ~10 years ago and knew I'd want her help in selling. She made the process more painless than it really ever deserved to be and was incredibly flexible with some logistical challenges. I appreciate her candor and expertise in navigating the inevitable weird situations that pop up during real estate transactions. Nothing is worse than wondering if you can trust your agent and at no point did I feel like I could not rely on Terry for quality unbiased info. I used a different agent to buy a home out of area and constantly wished Terry was available - oh well. She helped navigate a challenging insurance issue the condo complex had and ultimately ended up getting probably $10-15K over what I thought it would go for. Not only did she help during the sale, but also went to bat for me when there was an issue with escrow. She's tenacious and knowledgeable and just an all-around genuine asset that you probably want in your corner.
