Terry was prompt in his response to my wanting to sell my house. He was friendly, personable, and professional in meeting our needs. His knowledge of real estate and the market was invaluable in the quick conclusion of our sell. In fact, I chose Terry to sell my mom's house.
I highly recommend Terry Burks as a professional and reliable realtor. He was patient with my wife and I while we fixed up our house and gave us helpful advice on how to make it more attractive to buyers. Once we listed the house, he sold it in just two days and was able to get us more than our asking price! He was always responsive, courteous, and honest throughout the process. He made selling our house a smooth and stress-free experience. Thank you, Terry, for your excellent service! We will definitely use you again!
Terry started off only as the selling realtor on our home but we quickly also chose him to help us find our bew home as well. We're so glad we did as Terry always went out of his way to help us find the best home for our family! Any issues or difficulties, Terry always negotiated for our best interest and remained very honest with us. It was a pleasure working with him!
