Before knowing Kat, I had a long held idea in my mind of what a realtor does and is. She completely blew that ideal out of the water! Kat is straightforward always tempered by gentleness. Her knowledge of the real estate market is comprehensive and clear. When we first met Kat, she gave us a realistic outlook of the market and a range of prices for our home. With this, as with all of our interactions, Kat came with knowledge (which was exactly how our home sale went) and still let us make decisions within the price range. Kat was always so quick to respond to any questions or comments we might have, giving us a clear picture even when it wasn’t the easiest thing. When we were struggling getting everything in show readiness, Kat jumped right in not afraid to get her hands dirty for the benefit of our home. I will take with me an entirely picture of a realtor having worked with Kat, and I’m better for it.!

She knew just how to market our house to find a great buyer. -Kat balanced our hopes for the sale with the hopes of buyers. She skillfully managed three offers at the same time and helped us navigate what was our best option. This required working with three different realtors and the way they did things - not an easy task. -Kat was always professional. We always knew that she would be honest when we had questions. She helped us find the resources we needed to prepare our house and the photographer she contracted took photos that best showcased our home. -We will always be grateful to Kat.

Kat was absolutely amazing throughout the entire home-buying process! As a first-time homebuyer, I had no idea what to expect, but Kat did. She truly went above and beyond for me and my family.
