Terri Monksfield is a highly professional and friendly real estate agent. She recently worked with me in purchasing a condominium. From the beginning she was very approachable and responsive. The information she sent me before we met was well thought out and showed that she listened to my needs for location,space and price. The properties we viewed were all within range. It was evident that she had lots of knowledge about the area and complexes we were viewing. I was never pressured. Terri was very detail oriented. She gave me good advice through out the transaction, including wonderful resources for inspections, trades people etc. All were as professional and helpful as she. Terri is a great listener and a skilled communicator. She replied in a very timely way. I lived in NJ in 2014 and was thinking of moving to Prescott Valley, AZ. I used Zillow to research potential properties and ran across Terri & Brian's agency. I reached out to them, and told them about my plans to fly out to see the area in December of that year. When I got there, Terri actually met my wife and I at our hotel, and gave us a personal tour of the area and example properties, sharing her extensive knowledge and expertise along the way. Once back in NJ, it took almost a year to sell our home, with Terri and Brian remaining in contact with us throughout the process, providing updated information regularly via emails and phone calls. Just prior to our NJ closing in October 2015, we flew out again to Prescott Valley where Terri and Brian were indispensable in helping us find our new dream home. Their negotiation skills were exemplary, and got the deal done. But their help didn't stop there. Terri, again, actually drove us around to show us where we needed to go to get things taken care of, such as meeting with the Title company and signing up for utilities. Then, again, we needed to return to NJ to complete our closing there, and to prepare for our cross country move. Terri and Brian, again, went out of their way to be of assistance, keeping in touch, overseeing the AZ closing in our absence, and actually checking on the house-including setting the thermostat and leaving a house warming gift for us! I truly believe that it was superior service such as this which they provided that was the reason for our successful move. I, therefore, highly recommend them to all, and would definitely use them again myself if the need arose in the future.

Terri and Brian Monskfield were fabulous to work with when we decided to find a home of our own! We had a very specific need. We were needing something in under sixty days, we were on a very small budget and we preferred an OWC due to the uncertainty of financial institutions during these economic times. We actually had some realtors that would not even consider us if we were not going to go through a bank or were buying under $100k. One realtor actually told me she wasn't going to waste her time. I saw a house with Terri's name on it that might of fit our needs. She called me right away! Both Terri and Brian were available to us any day or time we needed them and did everything they could to make our home buying in an interesting circumstance happen!!
