Terri is incredibly easy to work with, professional, intelligent and extremely knowledgeable about the market. Any questions or stresses during the sale of the home were quickly addressed and explained. Her contacts were incredibly reliable when we needed a landscaper, professional cleaner and painter. I felt very informed the entire time. Selling a home can be stressful but I always felt Terri had my best interests in mind with each step. I would choose Terri EVERY SINGLE TIME.

The experience selling our home with Terri was in a word, easy. Terri kept us informed of every step along the way. Something always comes up when selling a home and when there were actions to be taken she had solid recommendations for us. We were not full time residents and Terri never hesitated to go to the house for us if adjustments were needed. In the future we wouldn’t use anyone else.

Terri is so professional and knowledgeable. Working with this lady is always a pleasure. She makes buying or selling a home seamless! I recommend Terri for all your real estate transactions! Best agent in Prescott AZ!

Terri is Prescott's premier real estate agent, and my experience working with her was nothing short of exceptional. Her decades of experience in the local market are evident in her deep knowledge and understanding of the nuances of buying and selling in this area. One of Terri's standout qualities is her communication. She is incredibly responsive, always available to answer questions or provide updates. Her prompt replies and consistent communication made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. From the initial viewings to the closing table, Terri was there every step of the way, patiently guiding me through each phase. Her expertise and attention to detail were invaluable, ensuring that everything went smoothly and efficiently. Terri's extensive network within the Prescott real estate community is another major asset. She seems to know everyone, from other agents to inspectors to title company representatives. This network allowed for seamless coordination between all parties involved, further simplifying the process. Yes I was a real estate agent then Broker for 27 years. She was the best agent I’ve ever met. She is knowledgeable and good at all you need to sell at top dollar or buy a great house. Really cares about her clients whic is rare❤️

We are so thankful for Terri. Moving from out of state is difficult enough, Terri made the transition so easy for us. She was very patient and found us the perfect home. We would highly recommend her to everyone looking for a home. If we could give her 10 stars, we would.

My wife and I had the pleasure of being on both sides of the fence with Terri, and the there was a reason why we called her when we decided to sell after buying through her in the first place. Terri really helped us get our home ready to sell and quickly we had multiple offers. She knows the area, she has connections for all facets of home renovation and other related things, she even helped us find furniture for a great deal when we purchased our first home. Terri and Brian are by far the best realtors in the area, who really made us feel like we had known them for years from the beginning.
