Terri was very patient with us and made sure we found the right home. She was always early to showings and gave us time to think about it before we made an offer. She was so great to work with and I could not recommend a better realtor. If you are looking for a hard working realtor that has a passion for finding the right home for you, Terri is the person for you.
I have worked with Terry on 3 occasions. She is extremely easy to work with. Always pleasant and professional. She is always there when I had a question; day or night. She worked diligently to help me sell and buy. She gave needed advice on how to improve my home for sale. I would recommend her to anyone needing a realtor.
Terri was absolutely wonderful to work with! She is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and has a true passion for it. Her guidance every step of the way was incredible as she was always available no matter what time of the day it was! If you’re looking for someone who is professional, intelligent, accessible, and fun to work with, Terri is the person for you!
Terri is knowledgeable, a good communicator, and prompt. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We couldn't have done it without her.
Terri is the real deal! I have now bought or sold six homes with Terri, and I can't imagine doing it with any other realtor. She has a great eye for prepping a house for sale and is realistic with pricing and value. She goes the extra mile to make sure that everything goes well and was able to walk me through the process in a way I could understand. She is honest, and I trust her totally. Most important, after meeting her you will become her friend (everyone does)!
Terri is an awesome realtor, and did a stellar job for us. She helped us purchase our lake house, which involved a rush offer to fulfill a multiple bid situation, which was no problem for Terri. She cheerfully arrived at our house to create a bid within the hour and we got our house! She also negotiated a good discount due to deficits detected in the inspection. Terri also helped us sell our house, providing market analysis, staging suggestions, and always an open ear and gentle word for those moments of stress that accompany buying, selling and moving from your house. I think she may have a major in counseling from somewhere in her past...! A pleasure to do business with and I would highly recommend Terri.
