Terri is an awesome realtor, and did a stellar job for us. She helped us purchase our lake house, which involved a rush offer to fulfill a multiple bid situation, which was no problem for Terri. She cheerfully arrived at our house to create a bid within the hour and we got our house! She also negotiated a good discount due to deficits detected in the inspection. Terri also helped us sell our house, providing market analysis, staging suggestions, and always an open ear and gentle word for those moments of stress that accompany buying, selling and moving from your house.
