Terri is an awesome realtor, and did a stellar job for us. She helped us purchase our lake house, which involved a rush offer to fulfill a multiple bid situation, which was no problem for Terri. She cheerfully arrived at our house to create a bid within the hour and we got our house! She also negotiated a good discount due to deficits detected in the inspection.
