She kept me informed with the process at every step. I felt very comfortable working with her and I would highly recommend Terri to anyone thinking about buying and or selling their home.

Terri always responded to our texts or phone calls promptly (usually immediately). She knows the market...How to price our home, how to stage it, and other nuances that got us multiple (above asking price) offers. When we hit a personal glitch, she was right there with advice to overcome it quickly. Of the multiple realtors we've used over the years, nobody comes close to the service Terri provided. I highly recommend Terri King!

Working with Terri King was an absolute pleasure! She was patient with us in our slow pursuit, and completely eased our anxiety every step of the way. From start to finish, Terri made the home-selling process so easy and stress-free. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the market and gave us great advice on pricing and staging. Terri was always available to answer our questions and kept us updated every step of the way. Thanks to Terri’s hard work, we sold our home swiftly and for a fantastic price. We had the pleasure to work with Terri King as our Realtor to sell our house. We needed to downsize and the prospect of going through all of our belongings and parting with them was overwhelming. Terri was organized and efficient with helping us get our house ready to sell. We needed a little push to get moving, and she gave us that push. Terri was constantly in touch with us and basically held our hands through the entire process. We cannot thank Terri enough for being there and assisting us through the sale of the house. We highly recommend Terri - no one will ever regret having her as their Realtor.

This was my first time house shopping and Terri made it seamless. Since I had not looked into buying a home before, Terri laid out everything and explained the process from start to finish with honesty and precise details. I felt extremely comfortable and taken care of by Terri as my agent and I would recommend her to everyone! She knows everything about real estate and makes you feel like you're the top priority always. I had such a fun and pleasant experience buying my first home because of Terri.

Terri is very knowledgeable about the market and the process as a whole. Her experience shows through both as a selling and buying agent. It has been a pleasure working with her.

Working with Terri gives so much peace of mind. She knows exactly what it take to make your house sale ready! I’ve worked with her 3 times now and won’t work anyone else!! I can’t sing her praises enough.

Terri was a pleasure to work with. From the moment she walked in the door to the last moment at closing, she was great. She is smart, quick to respond, and extremely knowledgeable. A Perfect “10”

We met Terri 8years ago when she was the sellers agent of our present condo. At that time she did a lot of work that my agent should have done. So when we went to sell we contacted Terri. Terri had great knowledge of the market and all the new laws to protect my interests involving the sale. Terri sorted through the offers to give us advice on which offer was the best. In three days we had a signed offer. Besides being a professional agent she is a great person to work with. Thanks Terri!

Terri has gone above-and-beyond out expectations for helping us navigate the home-buying process and to secure our deal. I couldn't be more satisfied with our experience working with Terri. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Terri made the entire process as easy as possible, from suggesting extremely effective pricing and marketing strategies (based on her years of experience) to walking us through every step along the way. Terri is very professional, and kept in contact communicating everything that was going. I would Highly recommend Terri for any of your home buying or selling needs!
