Where do we start. Terri is fabulous. Not only did she help get us and the house ready to meet a near impossible timeline required by the sellers of our next house, but got several over asking offers just 2 days after the first open house, the day it was listed. We ended up getting more than expected and met the new seller's deadline. The day of our house being packed, we had a medical emergency that took us away for a few days. Terri came in and took charge of the whole process. This deal would have been a disaster without her. We can't imagine a better realtor to engage with.

Terri helped us find and secure a home in an impossible buyers' market through her experience and tools no one else offered us. Terri introduced us to the Trade In program by HomeLight which allowed us to unlock & utilize equity in our condo to help us purchase our new home first. No other Agent brought this up or offered anything comparable. In addition to HomeLight, Terri's knowledge specific to our area and experience with both buyers and sellers proved to be the difference in having our offer accepted in a very competitive market. When selling our own condo, Terri helped generate multiple offers well over asking which allowed us to select the buyer who best met our needs and would make a great addition to the neighborhood we cared about.

We could not be happier with our decision to go with Terri Bruno. We contacted Terri in the fall of 2019 to ask if she would be interested in selling our South Orange County home in the spring of 2020. She was diligent in explaining everything we should expect and began working with us on updates and preparations for the eventual sale. She prepared our home inside and out including being there when workers were making last minute repairs and touch ups. She then recommended a staging. The staging was meticulous and the photos and video were absolutely stunning. The home sold within the first week and we received above what we had planned on for a listing price. This was all during a nationwide health crisis. She stayed on top of everything and kept in contact with us daily. Where we would have been satisfied with our experience ending there, Terri was far from done helping us. After selling our home, Terri assisted us in finding our “forever” home. She was in constant contact with the selling agent to ensure we did not lose out on the property. She followed up with the selling agent for weeks after the sale to make sure we had received everything promised in the contract. We then asked her to assist us in finding an investment property. Terri came through again and found the perfect property as her knowledge of the Orange County real estate market is second to none. Most important to us, Terri was always honest with us about what she thought about comps in our areas of concern, was always available day or night (even sending emails in the middle of the night), and we always felt that she truly had our best interests at heart. Even now, more than a month after our third deal with her in less than six months, she still recommends contractors and other service providers when we contact her looking for suggestions as we complete work on our homes. In the future, if we decide to move again or purchase another property, we would definitely use Terri.
