Terri was instrumental In getting the house prepared for sale. She got involved from the beginning helping to get individuals to to fix the house and prepare it for sale. Was very patient with everyone who presented contracts until we were were able to secure a good solid offer. It took a while to sell this house in this tough market with interest rates going up, but she stayed on and fought the battle, she is truly a great professional and I have no hesitations in recommending her.
