Fabulous, efficient, and competent realtor
Terri Ardines was a terrific person to work with through all stages of the sale of our house. We had already relocated out of state and she was able to efficiently handle all aspects of the sale process. We had complete confidence in her abilities and were impressed with the results - she was able to sell our house the day it went on the market. We attribute this to her willingness to use modern sales methods to showcase our house as well as her ability to accurately describe our home to potential buyers. Overall, a seamless experience.

Very helpful always available with a good attitude
Terri was instrumental In getting the house prepared for sale. She got involved from the beginning helping to get individuals to to fix the house and prepare it for sale. Was very patient with everyone who presented contracts until we were were able to secure a good solid offer. It took a while to sell this house in this tough market with interest rates going up, but she stayed on and fought the battle, she is truly a great professional and I have no hesitations in recommending her.

As a first-time home buyer, I had done some research beforehand but was really grateful for Terri Ardines! The process went so smoothly and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the process and was a great resource. She offered her opinion when I asked and helped me to consider things I hadn’t thought of.
