As a first time home buyer/seller, working with Terra was absolutely perfect. When looking for homes she was very helpful in terms of showing us the type of homes we were interested in. She wasn't trying to push us into buying a home we weren't sold on ourselves. She let us make our own decisions and gave us her honest opinion when we needed guidance. After closing on our home she was still present helping us find contractors when storms knocked our fence down or hail damaged our roof. If you work with Terra you're not just getting a realtor but extending your family. When we were ready to sell our home, we had no doubt we were going to go through Terra. She made the process very smooth and again didn't pressure us to sell at the first offer. She let us take the time we needed to access the offers and we ended with a great deal bringing in above market value. Even though we no longer live in the same state, when we're ready to buy another home we absolutely plan to go through Terra to help us find a reliable realtor such as herself.

Terra was amazing during this home buying process. Numerous viewings and offers during this tight market. She was available on short notice for viewings. Hmm where to start, Terra is the not only the best agent but one of the best people I know. No matter what happened from helping me get my credit up to par to helping us find the house of our dreams in Colorado and in Florida. She will work her heart out for her clients and make sure that u receive her very best every time. Sticks with her clients and treats them like family no matter the ups and downs of the process. Definitely the only realtor I trust fully to get me what I want and be honest with me the whole way no matter good or bad.
