Teri is an amazing real state person. Very attentive. Always responding to all our questions at any time. Very responsible and someone we can trust. We highly recommend Teri.
We met Teri about a year ago and we knew while talking to her that if we needed a new agent in the Lake Havasu City area, she would definitely be the one. Since then, she helped us find and buy a new lot and she just currently sold our home in Lake Havasu City for its appraised value. She is a very honest and open person with an extreme knowledge of real estate and her market. She has an amazing work ethic and puts in the overtime on taking care of her clients. Thank you Teri!! What an awesome agent. We will never use anyone else!
"My Mother's house, still full of "stuff", is in Arizona and I live in Mississippi. Now that Mom had passed away, what do I do to get this property in shape to sell?" That was my first email to Teri Tobar on July 5th. Well, by July 30th it was on the market and by the next day we had an offer for the listed price! We closed before August was even over. Awesome! Teri coordinated everything from inspections, minor repairs, clearing out, cleaning up, prepping, and listing. Teri's relationships with title agencies, appraisers, maintenance and repair folks, and even the Mohave County court proved invaluable. Teri's valuation of the property was rock solid and right in line with the final appraisal. In less than two months Teri took this from "What do I do?" to "What would I have done without her?" We did all of this by email, phone, and text. Did I say awesome?
Very serious and by the books realtor. Thank you for your work, you are a nice woman and we don't have any complaints.
Teri was so patient with us in our search for the perfect home. We looked, and looked, and looked. Teri listened to us and knew what we were looking for. It just so happened she knew about a house coming on the market that fit everything on our list. Surprise, surprise, Teri had found us our home!!! I'm so thankful she paid attention to what we wanted, what works in this area and kept and eye on the market for us. She dealt efficiently with any hiccup that came our way in closing, smoothing the way to homeownership!
Teri was a pleasure to work with and was proactive through out our search and buying process. She went above and beyond to get us into the home we really wanted. We would highly recommend Teri Tobar with Realty One Group Mountain Desert!
