We felt so lucky to have stumbled into finding Teri long distance to sell my parent’s home. They are 90 years old and in very poor health, so this was an emergency move! There was not an obstacle that we mentioned that Teri couldn’t handle and make it seem like “ no problem” This included selling or donating the entire content of the home, including the items in the pantry, handling an Estate Sale (while dealing with an extremely difficult and unreasonable HOA, with grace and dignity!), setting up repairs, cleaning, landscaping, pool maintenance, etc. Amazing doesn’t begin to describe the ease with which she dealt with elderly clients that left overnight with just their clothes! Furthermore, every bank, competing realtor, title agency, notary, etc. spoke very highly of her knowledge and honesty. She has a wonderful sense of humor and dealt with all the ups and downs of selling a home long-distance with such ease and made all the obstacles seamless from our end. On our first meeting she explained everything to us about pricing, inventory at our price point, how and what to do to stage, prep and prepare our home for sale. She answered all questions and did Everything she said she would do! We received full price offer in 5 days and closed Escrow in 30 days.
