Teri was a pleasure to work with. Knowledgeable, friendly, and ethical. Always willing to answer questions and get answers. Even helped us locate an experienced and educated Agent in another city to sell our home. Made a big difference in making this process a little easier.
We purchased our new home in LHC through Teri site unseen. We never could have done this without her attention to detail, willingness to give us a virtual tour & trust. She really took care of us. We can't say enough about her professionalism. She treated us like family & would recommend her to anyone that asks for a GREAT realtor in the future.
Just wanna say Teri is by far the best agent I've ever had she goes over and beyond for her clients.I will definitely be buying another house with her and I also referred three of my friends as well.
Teri is very knowledgeable in her profession and a very nice person to deal with.
We felt so lucky to have stumbled into finding Teri long distance to sell my parent’s home. They are 90 years old and in very poor health, so this was an emergency move! There was not an obstacle that we mentioned that Teri couldn’t handle and make it seem like “ no problem” This included selling or donating the entire content of the home, including the items in the pantry, handling an Estate Sale (while dealing with an extremely difficult and unreasonable HOA, with grace and dignity!), setting up repairs, cleaning, landscaping, pool maintenance, etc. Amazing doesn’t begin to describe the ease with which she dealt with elderly clients that left overnight with just their clothes! Furthermore, every bank, competing realtor, title agency, notary, etc. spoke very highly of her knowledge and honesty. She has a wonderful sense of humor and dealt with all the ups and downs of selling a home long-distance with such ease and made all the obstacles seamless from our end. Teri is a wonderful person, experienced, knowledgeable and top-rated agent- my highest recommendation!
Expectations Exceeded Teri exceeded our expectations by getting our house sold not only fast, but by monitoring and communicating the closing process efficiently and effectively.

Teris knowledge of housing and real estate in the Havasu area is 2nd to none. On our first meeting she explained everything to us about pricing, inventory at our price point, how and what to do to stage, prep and prepare our home for sale. She answered all questions and did Everything she said she would do! We received full price offer in 5 days and closed Escrow in 30 days.
Teri was so patient with my husband and myself while looking for a house. Thank goodness!! We each had things we wanted in a house. We looked and looked but nothing was quite right. Teri had kept looking for us, knowing what we wanted. Teri continually encouraged us to be patient that what we want would come up, and it did! She was so patient with us as we went through the house, to make sure it meet our criteria. She was very helpful in the escrow process too. She was so generous to include a year home warranty which gave us peace of mind just in case something needed repairing. She's patient, friendly, efficient and stands up for her clients. I highly recommend Teri!!!

Teri went above and beyond working hard to sell my Havasu home. Her knowledge and professionalism are just two of the reasons I would recommend her. I always appreciated her quick response time whenever I reached out to her. She kept me informed during the whole process which was very important to me since I lived out of state.
The best experience I’ve ever had with an agent! Teri went out of her way to help me throughout the process even when I got scammed by a plumber, Teri jumped in to help. She was responsive and kept me updated through out the entire process. I felt like I was her only client even though I know she has many others. Thank you again, Teri!
