Teri Tobar was absolutely terrific to work with. She took the time to thoroughly explain every step in the unique process of selling my mother's home. Teri was in constant communication throughout, even just checking in from time to time to let me know that everything was on track and/or if there was anything that we might need to provide in advance so that I could stay a step ahead. Teri did everything necessary to secure the sale and get our family through the escrow process seamlessly. I could not have asked for a smoother transaction. If I had any questions that needed an answer, she followed up within 24 hours or less. Her follow up and work ethic were awesome. She also took the time ahead of the sale to meet with me and set realistic expectations so that everything was clear and understandable.
