My condo was really hard to sell -- really REALLY hard to sell. There were a bunch of issues that scared away many potential buyers. We ended up in contract FIVE separate times, with each deal falling through before closing. When the fourth deal fell through, I was ready to call it quits. But Teri and Joanna were insistent that the next buyer would seal the deal, and they were absolutely right -- we finally closed in the fifth deal! I did ultimately get a price that I was happy with as well. They were great. I only wish that I had signed with them sooner instead of using a different broker first. As I had experience with this other broker, I know that Teri and Joanna greatly exceeded the work done by the earlier broker, and they also delivered the results. I'll also note: It's definitely a huge bonus to have two of them. If one of them was on the phone, the other was available. There were a lot of moving parts and issues in my deal, and one of them was always available. Teri and Joanna are both incredibly knowledgeable and nice. But they're also tough and know when/how to push back against the other side's brokers. They were good to work with throughout the entire process, including setting up the place, listing it, organizing tours, negotiating the deals, getting all the ducks in a row before closing -- they were super helpful at every step in the process. If you are looking to sell your mountain home, look no further!! They are seriously the best brokers around.
