Teri was the best agent I have worked with by far. She is extremely knowledgeable of the area, the market etc...She understood our situation and she helped guide me through the entire process. Teri is super responsive, she went above and beyond for me of what an agent should do. This was a 2nd property of my father whom passed, it was very difficult for us to part ways with the condo. Teri helped me with things that I wouldn't expect an agent to do, but she made it happen. She sold the home within a week of being listed...she made the entire process seamless really.
