At the time we lived in Portland, Oregon and had been given Teri’s name as a friend of a friend. Teri was friendly, professional and happy to answer our questions and show us several communities we were interested in. Over the years we made another dozen or more trips to the Valley, each time more convinced this was where we wanted to purchase a second home for our retirement years. Teri demonstrated admirable patience, humor and positivity as we vacillated over which city, subdivision and type of home would best meet our needs. Showing after showing, year after year, Teri never demonstrated frustration or annoyance at our inability to commit. While our home was not occupied, Someone flushed the toilet in the third bathroom and apparently did not notice that the water in the tank was running.The toilet ran for about a month. We were presented with a water bill in excess of $500. Otherwise the sale was successful. Teri knows her market. Her selected photographer did a great job.
