We highly recommend Teri Finley at Windermere Desert Properties as a realtor in the Coachella Valley. We meet Teri almost twelve years ago on one of our first visits to the area. At the time we lived in Portland, Oregon and had been given Teri’s name as a friend of a friend. Teri was friendly, professional and happy to answer our questions and show us several communities we were interested in. Over the years we made another dozen or more trips to the Valley, each time more convinced this was where we wanted to purchase a second home for our retirement years. Teri demonstrated admirable patience, humor and positivity as we vacillated over which city, subdivision and type of home would best meet our needs. Showing after showing, year after year, Teri never demonstrated frustration or annoyance at our inability to commit. When we retired in early 2021 we began our search in earnest with Teri by our side as we made long distance offers in 2021 and 2022, losing out on both. In January of this year, Teri wrote three offers in one week as we were determined to secure a home in the desert. Once we came to terms on a house, Teri was instrumental in ensuring a smooth closing. While our home was not occupied, Someone flushed the toilet in the third bathroom and apparently did not notice that the water in the tank was running.The toilet ran for about a month. We were presented with a water bill in excess of $500. Otherwise the sale was successful. Teri knows her market. Her selected photographer did a great job.

Teri Finley has exceeded all my needs and expectations as a realtor. I live out of state and she was helping me sell my late father's home.
