Teresa was so patient with us as first time home buyers. She explained things every step of the way and was always happy to go over things more than once if needed. She helped us narrow our home search to what we were really looking for so we did not have to visit 100 homes. She has such a vast knowledge of the area and the process. We were able to lean on her expertise and advice constantly and she so gracious throughout! She took what began as such as stressful process and helped us navigate with wisdom and knowledge every step of the way. She is our real estate agent for life!! I arrived in Houston with no plans to purchase a home; I was visiting my best friend. I decided to see what was out there and my best friend recommended Teresa Saldana. She was diligent and that same day we saw three properties. I fell in love with the second one and decided to put in an offer. The seller and I negotiated and they accepted my offer.
