Teresa has been a key success to our move from California to Colorado. During the Covid lock down, we didn't have the luxury of physically inspecting homes from California, so we relied on her to help us search in Colorado. She was very responsive and patience. She accommodated our schedules and listened to our needs, which took so much stress away from what could have been a difficult transition to Colorado. Teresa was an acquaintance from one of my clubs. I was always impressed by her friendliness and as she spoke about being a realtor, her grasp of knowledge as a realtor. I then decided to work with her to sell my condo. We sold the condo in less than a month. Teresa was always quick to respond any time I reached out to her. She was extremely organized and thorough with details and paperwork. She explained every step of the process and always verified that I understood the steps as we completed the sale process. I have sold a few properties and so I was not new to the process however her attention to details allowed me to not have to engage or worry about the sale. It was great to have someone trustworthy so I could focus on my move. I had already left the state by the time we closed and Teresa ensured a smooth closing for me as well.

It was a great experience overall. She was really helpful in all stages of the home purchase process. She made the whole experience less stressful from a first time buyer standpoint.
