She presented every offer but was not discouraged when I turned down bottom feeder offers. She continued to get the best price & terms possible to my satisfaction. She paid to have a new set of photos made to market the condo with virtual furniture. We got a higher offer and then followed my multiple offers. She did not skip a beat.
