She held open house every weekend until sold. The open houses were from 11:00 to 5:00, even in the rain. She knew Open Houses in the rain generate serious offers. She presented every offer but was not discouraged when I turned down bottom feeder offers. She continued to get the best price & terms possible to my satisfaction. She paid to have a new set of photos made to market the condo with virtual furniture. We got a higher offer and then followed my multiple offers. She did not skip a beat. She saw the sale all the way through to the close of escrow and took care of every detail. This allowed me to focus on my company without stressing about the sale of the condo. Thank You Teresa...
