I can't say enough about Tehl, she is an absolutely extraordinary agent who will not stop to get what you want. Awesome work!! I could not have bought the home without her diligence, support and trust. She made sure I was informed and we communicated greatly during the home buying process and when it finally came to close I knew exactly what to expect. Because I was 1500 miles away and due to the pandemic most of the viewing was done remotely until the final 3 weeks of closing at which time I was physically able to view the home first hand and it was everything I expected. Searching for a new home or condo can be a very exciting but a stressful experience for many. However, from the first point of interaction our Buyer's Agent, Tehl Sherman, made our search an absolute pleasure. She responded to an initial late night online request for condo showing for the next day weekend morning. She was super responsive and always made herself available to answer questions day or night. She was personable and took the time to ensure we achieved our goal in each showing and guided us in our decision making along the way. She was patient with us and took our lead on the pace of our search based on our availability and the status and sales activity with our current home. She even offered objective advise with the sale of our existing home and a was a great sounding board for us through the entire experience. On the day of closing, Tehl was by our side working shoulder to shoulder through some last minute lender paperwork requests that delayed our closing several hours. She jumped right in and made numerous calls on our behalf to expedite some insurance paperwork that the lender should have requested well in advance of the day of closing to ensure we were able to close and receive the keys to our new condo on the day of closing. Tehl's personalized gift basket after closing made for a warm welcoming gift as we celebrated our first evening in our new condo. We feel like we met more than a Buyer Agent but rather a person we would now call a Friend.
