Searching for a new home or condo can be a very exciting but a stressful experience for many. However, from the first point of interaction our Buyer's Agent, Tehl Sherman, made our search an absolute pleasure. She responded to an initial late night online request for condo showing for the next day weekend morning. She was super responsive and always made herself available to answer questions day or night. She was personable and took the time to ensure we achieved our goal in each showing and guided us in our decision making along the way. She was patient with us and took our lead on the pace of our search based on our availability and the status and sales activity with our current home. She even offered objective advise with the sale of our existing home and a was a great sounding board for us through the entire experience. On the day of closing, Tehl was by our side working shoulder to shoulder through some last minute lender paperwork requests that delayed our closing several hours. She jumped right in and made numerous calls on our behalf to expedite some insurance paperwork that the lender should have requested well in advance of the day of closing to ensure we were able to close and receive the keys to our new condo on the day of closing. Tehl's personalized gift basket after closing made for a warm welcoming gift as we celebrated our first evening in our new condo.
