Team Curbow helped with aspects of the sale that would typically be left up to the seller. I had other commitments that prevented me from being able to be involved in pre/post-sales activities (making upgrades to the property, post-inspection remediation, etc.). Team Curbow stepped in and made it much less of a time commitment on my part.
