Mercie helped our son and daughter-in-law buy their home sevenish years ago. They highly recommended her and she is second to none! My husband and I relocated from North Carolina to Colorado and Mercie worked with us for approximately 18 months on this move. She provided incremental information over time and distance. Team Curbow helped with aspects of the sale that would typically be left up to the seller. I had other commitments that prevented me from being able to be involved in pre/post-sales activities (making upgrades to the property, post-inspection remediation, etc.). Team Curbow stepped in and made it much less of a time commitment on my part.
