Donia worked her backside off to find me a home in this crazy market. Once under contract, things went haywire from a survey issue and an appraisal issue. Team Carr were knowledgable, supportive and persistent in selling our first floor condo in Zone A following two hurricanes. Though our condo had no damage from either storm, buyers were fewer for this area. Team Carr learned about our complex, held numerous open houses, advertised sale weekly, and gave good advice on needed upgrades. They followed through with every lead and kept us up to date on all potential offers. Great communicators. Team Carr also sold us the condo we now occupy. Highly recommend them.
