As a real estate agent Tchukon is very active and during the buying process he sent us many different offers and was always available to show us around, even if we said that we don't really consider to buy one of the houses but still want to see it. The house we eventually bought was found by Tchuckon to fit our needs which we described him. He was always available to have a phone conversation, SMS or email. He introduced us to a good mortgage agent and helped going through tons of documents understanding that we needed corrections and explanations more then once. He also provided at our request additional data and documents like zoning maps from the county or building codes for the property. I will definitely work with Tchukon in the future. He did a good job and made our purchases smooth and not problematic. We didn't get as lucky with previous agents from the area.
