We recently purchased a home to use as a vacation home / Airbnb. Tchukon was the perfect agent for us! Not only is he very knowledgeable of the Mariposa / Ahwahnee / Oakhurst area, he understands the ins and outs of what it takes to run an Airbnb, since he's done it himself. Multiple times he was able to steer us in the right direction - whether it was finding homes we hadn't considered, walking us through the basics of what it'd take to set it up as an Airbnb, helping us through the offer/closing process, or giving us tips about the local area. Life moves a little slower in the mountains, but not with Tchukon - he was always a text or phone call away and communicated well throughout the process. We feel so lucky to have found Tchukon!
