He then found local tradesmen for me to work with when I moved. Tchukon is an amazing realtor with a great understanding of his market. He has lived in and been active the market for decades and is truly in touch with what's going on. Not only that, Tchukon is maybe one of the nicest people you will ever meet and goes out of his way to make sure you are well informed and get the right deal for you.
