The BEST! What more can I say?! There is a hard market these days. HOWEVER, Tara did her magic with analysis, timing, and my home sold during the “coming soon” phase. That’s right; before it even hit the regular MLS. And no the price was not too low. I am very satisfied in more ways than there is room to explain in this review.

Tara and Lisa are the most amazing Real Estate team I've ever met. During her first visit with us toward the middle of March she said there was a real possibility our home would sell and close by the end of April. Of course, I figured 6 months, but 3 days after it went on the market VOILA, a cash offer came in and we closed the third week of April!
