Tara is an absolutely phenomenal real estate agent! Without having her spearhead the home buying experience it would’ve probably never happened. I used her because she was the listing agent and negotiations went a lot faster and smoother. There were several speed bumps that she was able to maneuver around and still solidify the deal. There is no question whatsoever that I highly recommend her and her team. Excellent communication, goes the extra mile and then some, makes you feel that you are important, and is available at any given moment. If you plan on buying a house, make sure you strongly consider using Tara and her team. Some Agents are just in it for the commission, and I can certainly assure you this is not the case. Tara was so great throughout our whole experience of looking for a new home, selling our home, and purchasing a new home/build. Tara knew so much about the market, solar, different areas around the valley, what to look for and take into consideration-- we felt so comfortable and lucky to get to work with her. Tara provided us with her keen insight into the specialized market our home was located in. It was not a rosy picture even though initially we thought we knew better. After reviewing her analysis and reading more about the greater Arizona market we understood our pricing position had to change. We dropped our price and sold the home within 1-2 weeks after finally listening to her sage advice. The final price was slightly lower than what we paid a couple years ago but she was spot on and we received a fair market price in about a month’s time. She also had an outstanding array of quality service providers like her tile and carpet cleaner, handy man for minor repairs, house cleaner, window washer and Title/Closing agents.
