I reached out to Tara in August of 2024 for a market analysis of my home and she was right in the ballpark of what I wanted to get for my home. I just didn't think the market was right for how much i wanted and I didn't want it to sit on the market for months on end. Tara is an absolutely phenomenal real estate agent! Without having her spearhead the home buying experience it would’ve probably never happened. I used her because she was the listing agent and negotiations went a lot faster and smoother. There were several speed bumps that she was able to maneuver around and still solidify the deal. Tara was so great throughout our whole experience of looking for a new home, selling our home, and purchasing a new home/build.
