We were looking for a property in the Goodyear area. After we had narrowed our search down to a few properties, we contacted Tara. She was able to provide us with a honest assessment of each site. She communicated her ideas, advantages and disadvantages of each. When we narrowed our search to the property we eventually purchased Tara represented our interests well. I believe that we were able to get a better value for our investment by having Tara represent us. Tara has a good understanding of the area and has been able to suggest tradesmen.
