She was hunting houses that were about to list and checking out any potential ones that might list. Tara would schedule viewings and work with our schedule. Her assistant Jenn is just as quick to follow-up and get things done. We never found a property we loved at that time. But Tara kept in touch and never made us feel we wasted her time. Fast forward to 2022, and our situation changed which allowed us to have a corporate move back east (closer to our families). This move notice occurred quickly. And the contract was over list price with no contingency. The market has definitely changed since it went crazy in 2021. Tara and her assistant Jenn did a fabulous job for my husband and I recently, representing us as buyers then sellers. On the selling side, we had some tense moments when our first buyers cancelled out, but if she was worried or nervous, it never showed.
