Tara is very energetic and thorough. We were selling from out of state and she went in and staged the house by removing our personal things. We sold during covid so we left in a hurry in the spring. She responds to every call and text. Kept us very informed along the way. She is as sweet as honey! She is very easy to work with and looked out for our best interest. I highly recommend her! We sold pretty quickly and it was kind of off season. We know when the parade starts and it's more after Christmas. We sold in late summer early fall. You can trust her like family.

Absolutely THE BEST! She was my agent for both buying a new house and selling the old one. For buying, she worked with us for what we wanted, and then she could find us showings that actually matched. For selling, she was very involved, walking through the house and making suggestions to make it sell quicker and for more. Her suggestions netted us $20,000 extra on the sale - NET! 7/17/20 My husband and I recently bought and sold homes. It was a crazy ride through this CoVid pandemic.
