Right from the beginning Tara was the perfect match for us. We were not totally sure what we would need to do and get done in order sell our house and buy another. She walked through our house and gave me details of what would help in each room and gave her honest opinion on how the market was going. Tara was full of knowledge and spunk to get it all done in a timely manner. We had some glitches with who we chose to work with on the financial side for buying and she was very encouraging and on top of all her side of the job was. When it got down to the wire she was still hustling for us and communicated all the time with us each step of the way. If you want someone to hustle, be excited for you, communicate, tell you the truth, and go beyond for you then Tara is your gal. If or when we upgrade we will not hesitate and call her up.

Tara Jo was absolutely amazing in selling our house and helping us buy a new home. She was so knowledgeable about current market values. She hosted an amazing open house for us and included professional photographs of the house. The market can be very challenging for buyers but Tara Jo was so patient and very responsive when new houses came on the market. We actually ended up being the first people to view the house we bought. Buying and selling a new home can be very stressful and Tara Jo did an incredible job of minimizing the stress and making things go as smooth as possible. Would highly recommend!!
