We met Tara at one of the first properties we saw while exploring our options. She was the listing agent. We were honest with her about our needs and admitted the property she was showing did not meet our needs. Tara listened to us. She followed up with us and offered to show us around on our schedule. A couple of weekends later, we did a marathon viewings where we saw 8+ homes in one day. Every home she showed us was better than the next. I was impressed by the extent and detail that Tara picked up from our conversations! The home we ended up purchasing, we are certain we would have never found on our own. A search engine only gives you results based on what you input. Tara showed us listings based on our needs, not just raw parameters. We hope to work with Tara again and would recommend her to anyone.
