We met Tara at one of the first properties we saw while exploring our options. She was the listing agent. We were honest with her about our needs and admitted the property she was showing did not meet our needs. Tara listened to us. She followed up with us and offered to show us around on our schedule. A couple of weekends later, we did a marathon viewings where we saw 8+ homes in one day. Every home she showed us was better than the next. I was impressed by the extent and detail that Tara picked up from our conversations! The home we ended up purchasing, we are certain we would have never found on our own. A search engine only gives you results based on what you input. Tara showed us listings based on our needs, not just raw parameters. Tara is the best broker you could ever ask for, hands down. She found & helped my wife & I close on our dream house....and she made the whole process an educational and dare I say FUN experience (!). She went above & beyond in terms of driving us all around Jersey City at all hours (including late at night in the pouring rain, at our request and without making us feel bad about it), telling us about the different neighborhoods, finding and getting us into places, teaching us best practices about buying & renovating homes, and even giving us pointers about things to consider as a couple about to start a family. She connected us with a great attorney and a cavalry of excellent vendors, including a house inspector and oil tank inspector. She made sure that we were being taken care of every step of the way. Even after closing on the house, she continues to take care of us, connecting us with our new neighbors to help us get settled, recommending additional handymen and vendors to service the house. Tara is incredibly smart, tenacious, knowledgable, and experienced...and on top of it all, she is an incredibly kind and generous person. I really can't recommend her highly enough.

I consider myself very lucky to have worked with Tara. As a property owner Tara assisted me with both renting out the property and later with selling it. During my time of working with Tara I resided in a remote location and could not be there physically to deal with renting and selling of the property so a lot of it was done remotely while I was on the road. Tara is the BEST!! My husband and I were first time home buyers so we asked Tara about a million and one questions. She was super patient and informative with us, which we both greatly appreciated. She was knew a lot about what was going on in all the different neighborhoods in Jersey City, but what I loved most is that she didn't pressure us into anything. The best advice she gave us was "if this isn't a home you absolutely LOVE, then its not the one for you"....and then we would move on to another property.
