Tara is the best broker you could ever ask for, hands down. She found & helped my wife & I close on our dream house....and she made the whole process an educational and dare I say FUN experience (!). She went above & beyond in terms of driving us all around Jersey City at all hours (including late at night in the pouring rain, at our request and without making us feel bad about it), telling us about the different neighborhoods, finding and getting us into places, teaching us best practices about buying & renovating homes, and even giving us pointers about things to consider as a couple about to start a family. Tara is the BEST!! My husband and I were first time home buyers so we asked Tara about a million and one questions. She was super patient and informative with us, which we both greatly appreciated. During my condo search, Tara was very helpful in identifying potential properties and was very flexible with scheduling showings. She knew the Jersey City market and neighborhoods. I had a rather "dramatic" purchasing process for an REO property, and we ended up terminating the contract for clerical/administrative reasons. But Tara did not give up; she was relentless on finding the missing paperwork (which needed to be filed with the county clerk) and keeping in front of the seller's agent. In the end, with her persistence, we were able to re-enter the contract under the same terms and finally closed.

Me and my husband just bought a condo with her. She was very responsive from the beginning and kept being throughout the entire process! And it wasn't an easy one.
