Tara is informed, competent and accommodating. She knows all of the different neighborhoods in Hoboken and Jersey City and provided excellent insights on relative values, local establishments and commuting options. She was always up for showing us something in a new area and patient and generous with her time while we explored the wide range of options available. We were relocating from another state and she always found a way to make time for us when we were able to make it to the areaa. When we were in the offer process, qshe was an excellent source of advice on how to get to a deal without paying too much. She is a pleasure to work with and an incredible source of information about what is and has been in the market.
